PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier.
International shipping will be available soon. Once launched, duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on total order weight and destination.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with every I AM Skincare for Men order.
Because these are personal-care products, we accept returns only when items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To submit a review request:
Contact help@iamskincareformen.com within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a short description, and clear photos showing the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we are at fault (see section 4).

⚠ Important:
Please do not ship any product back until you receive our confirmation email.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Refunds are not offered. Replacements are subject to product availability.

4. Return Shipping & Exceptions
Customer-paid return shipping: For approved returns, customers are responsible for the cost of
shipping the product back to the designated warehouse, unless otherwise instructed.
Company-covered returns: If we determine that the issue occurred due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or clear carrier damage), we will cover the return shipping and replacement delivery.
No unauthorized returns: Items sent to the wrong location or without prior authorization may be refused.

If approved, we will ship the replacement within 5–10 business days and notify you by email with the new tracking number.

6. Non-Returnable Items
