An order is accepted when payment is processed and items are handed to the carrier. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).

5) Returns & Refunds

7) ONE App — Access Rules (Purchase-Based)
Access to the ONE App is included with each qualifying purchase and remains active for 90 days starting on the purchase date.
After 90 days, app access is placed on hold.
Each new qualifying purchase restarts a new 90-day access window beginning on that purchase date.
Account/login remains, but app content/features requiring active access are available only during an active window.

 

8) Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, images, videos, logos, product names, and overall look & feel on the Site are owned by I
AM SKIN CARE PRODUCTS LLC or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

 

9) User Content (Reviews, Comments)
You are responsible for content you post (e.g., reviews).
Do not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading material.
